The ActivityInfo team has designed a three-day Training for humanitarians interested in learning more about the software and the way it can be used for M&E and information management to improve decision-making, planning and coordination within their organization or a programme.
The training is addressed to Information Management officers, Monitoring and Evaluation officers or people who work with data collection and want to start designing their own information systems using the software. It is also a good introduction for programme or project managers who are interested in getting hands-on experience with an M&E online tool or want to bring in a new tool in their organization.
More specifically, during the training, participants will learn how to set up their own databases, how to design their forms, how to collect data from their partners, how to manage their partners' access to data and how to create reports out of the data collected. Each day includes hands-on exercises to practice on acquired knowledge.
To provide high quality, one-on-one support to every participant, there will be limited seats available, so it is advisable to book your seat early enough. It is strongly advised to bring a laptop to benefit from the hands-on Training. The Training will be provided by the Training Coordinator of the ActivityInfo team.
Following the completion of the training, every participant will receive an extension of 2 months on their trial subscription on ActivityInfo so as to have sufficient time to apply all things learnt and invite other people from their organisation.
